Items purchased through this site may be returned subject to the following conditions:

Faulty or incorrect goods

• Items can be returned for replacement if the item you have received has been damaged or is incorrect

• We will cover postage costs to both return the item (if necessary) and to send a replacement

• Please contact us with your invoice number and the reason for the return BEFORE returning the item. We also require a clear photograph of the damage or incorrect item.

Damaged goods

• If a package has been damaged during transit the delivery service in most cases will provide compensation

• Take a photograph of the damage and packaging in the condition it arrived. Please keep the product and packaging and contact us as soon as possible with your invoice number and photograph.

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges

• Items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the product cost, provided the item is in an unused, 'as new' condition.

• The cost of returning a product you do not want is your responsibility. We do not refund postage costs for change-of-mind items

• If you want to exchange an item you will be charged postage and item price difference

• An item that is not in an 'as new' condition, that is returned for us to resell, will not be refunded.

• You must contact us BEFORE returning an item.

Cancelling orders

• If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it and request a refund. However you need to be quick as orders are often packaged and shipped the same day.

• Contact us immediately to cancel your order before it is too late.

• If your order has already been posted the 'Change-of-mind' conditions apply (see above).

All refunds will be paid back to the card you used to make your original purchase. It may take a couple of days for the bank to refund the amount to you.
