Postage policy

Our aim is to keep postage costs to a minimum. You will save by purchasing more than one item at a time. The more you purchase, the less the postage cost will be per item. Why not combine with friends or family to save on postage?

Alternatively, these books make excellent gifts for birthdays, Christmas, baptism or confirmation, school 'graduation' events, and so much more. Keep a supply in stock for those sudden occasions where a gift is required!

International delivery

We are sorry but we do not ship internationally. If you wish to purchase a book please look for it in Amazon in your country. You may purchase it as an eBook or print it for yourself.

Australian postage rates

Postage rates depend on the number of books you purchase. The more you purchase, the cheaper the cost will be per item. Postage is free for orders over AUD$216.

Postage costs apply to each separate address/order. An order cannot be split into a number of addresses.

Order shipment

Generally items are prepared for delivery and shipped on Monday and Thursday. Please allow at least a week for your item to arrive.

Order not delivered

You will receive a tracking number from Australia Post with each order. If an item has not arrived, check your tracking number on the Australia Post online tracker https://auspost.com.au/track
(use the tracking number provided with your shipment notification, with no space. Contact us if you did not receive a tracking number.)

You may occasionally receive a 'delivered' notification but no parcel has arrived at your address. Contact Australia Post with your tracking number to find out where it was delivered. They are responsible for finding out where it has been delivered.

We are not liable for any lost parcels once it is in the hands of Australia Post - except on the rare occasion when there may be an incorrect address due to staff error. Or you may have entered the incorrect address when ordering, in which case the responsibility rests with you.
